Hiking the Jebel

Since we have been waxing poetic about Malakal and Yei this week, I thought we should give Juba a little love. Last weekend we went out to the jebel (mountain in Arabic) for what our friends described as a "mild" hike. It was a beautiful and cool morning and we were ready to go!

The path was not so well marked...

... but we made it to the top for a beautiful view of Juba! Who knew it was so pretty?
